Tired of holding it all together — on your own?
I'm Estefania Gil Fasola, a Marriage & Family Therapist. I work with ambitious women who hold so much together on the outside while overthinking, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm take a toll within. Together, we build trust, emotional regulation skills, and grounding routines before exploring deeper patterns — at a pace that fits you.

You don’t have to hold it all alone

For women
Therapy for ambitious women
For the woman who shows up for everything — and needs a place where she can stop performing and feel supported.
- Overthinking and anxiety make it hard to feel centered.
- You are used to doing everything alone, even when you need support.
- You want to meet your emotions without shutting down or judging yourself.
- You need boundaries and routines that support you, not more pressure.
- You are willing to show up and practice between sessions — without having to be perfect.

A stability-first approach
First the foundation. Then the depth.
Before exploring difficult experiences or long-standing patterns, we build trust and resources for everyday life. Frequency and duration are tailored to your needs, at a pace we decide together.
Our shared commitment
You don’t have to arrive with everything figured out. Bring your willingness to participate; I bring attentive care, practical tools, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship. We decide session frequency and pace together, based on your needs.
Consistent participation
We agree on a sustainable frequency and revisit what you need.
Practice between sessions
Try tools in your everyday life, with curiosity rather than perfectionism.
A collaborative relationship
Your questions, boundaries, and feedback have a place here.
Begin with an intake session
We can start right away with a clinical intake over secure video.
Faith & values are welcome here
If faith or spirituality matter to you, they are welcome in our work. I respect your values, culture, and beliefs — Christian, another tradition, or none.
You don’t have to prove you deserve support.
We can build a foundation from which to feel, choose, and live with greater intention.
Trust & stabilization
We build a supportive therapeutic relationship and skills for recognizing and regulating emotions.
Tools for everyday life
CBT, ACT, and SFBT inform work with thoughts, values, boundaries, and sustainable routines.
Depth when you’re ready
With support and resources in place, we explore deeper patterns. We keep reviewing the pace together.
Phase 2
Deep Processing & Relational Healing
Once grounded, we draw from Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), and psychodynamic approaches. We explore your family-of-origin patterns, heal inner wounded parts, and resolve the root causes of anxiety or hyper-independence — allowing you to build authentic self-worth and secure, fulfilling relationships.
- Attachment Theory
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Internal Family Systems (IFS / parts work)
- Psychodynamic approaches
What this makes room for
- Authentic self-worth
- Secure, fulfilling relationships
- Working with the root, not just the symptom
